I have been an avid photographer since 1967. I began with an inexpensive 35mm camera that I took with me to Korea while serving in the military. I learned darkroom processing and black and white photo printing there. I later learned color processing and printing. Some of those early prints still hang in my den today.

In the last several years I have abandoned my Nikon film cameras for modern digital equipment. Although the darkroom was a great learning experience, I don't miss the chemicals and now prefer the versatility of Adobe Photoshop and other photographic software.

I presently do client contract work that includes advertising shots, scenery, events, and portraits for print media and web design.

I still take photographs for personal enjoyment and am rarely seen without a camera hanging over my shoulder or in front of my face.
